For your security and safety while using TRAC services, we cover you with insurance protection. These Insurance Terms and Conditions are binding and regulate the insurance that we provide for you as our customer, by referring to the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy (PSAKBI).
All of our vehicle has been insured to an insurance company (hereinafter referred to as “Insurance Party”) appointed by TRAC with Comprehensive Insurance in accordance with the provisions stated in the insurance policy.
The insurance applies to all TRAC vehicle rental services, both vehicle rental with driver and vehicle rental only, whose coverage, replacement amount, etc. are regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
This insurance is mandatory and attached with our services. By using TRAC services, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this insurance. Therefore, we advise you to read in detail about these Insurance Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
The insurance protection starts when you, as a renter, use TRAC services and vehicles, and automatically ends by the end of your rental period.
